BRIAN

Brian Ferguson grew up in the small town of Glen Allan, MS. He founded Project Impact MS and serves as the Executive Director. He received his bachelor's degree in Finance from Mississippi State University and his MBA from Belhaven University. He has spent 19 years in the Mississippi National Guard and has served in three combat tours to Iraq. He believes that providing opportunities for higher education is one of the world's most important responsibilities. On a typical day, you can find him on Facebook debating SOMEONE about ANYTHING.

Adrea

Adrea Latalladi is a native of Greenwood, MS, and comes from a family of givers and community servants. She truly believes that her own life's purpose is to save the world. She's always had a passion for working on behalf of the youth, making sure they are prepared to become the leaders they are destined to be. Serving as Project Impact MS's Deputy Director allows Adrea the opportunity to appeal for support for Mississippi's youth to make sure they have access to resources they need for success. When she's not hard at work, you can catch her in a corner meditating. Om is our friend...feel the vibration!

TIMIKA

Growing up in a military family, Timika Morris traveled a lot. Eventually, her family settled in her father‘s hometown of Carthage, MS. After graduating high school, she followed in both her parents’ footsteps by enlisting in the military. She received her BS in Psychology from Mississippi State University and her MBA from Belhaven University. Timika plays a vital role on the IMPACT team as the  Communications Director. She has a passion for helping others and loves advocating for those who may need a voice. She believes the future starts with the children and setting them up for success. In her spare time you can find her spending time family or sleeping.

kevin

Kevin Bailey grew up in Glen Allan, MS. He grew up on a farm which played a significant role in molding him into a hard worker and being passionate about caring for others. As the Director of Program Development, Bailey serves as an advocate for students; he mentors, motivates, and empowers scholars to overcome any obstacle that impedes their success. On any given day you can find Kevin helping individuals mature into gifted future professionals and equipping them with the tools and skills to inspire them as well as other individuals to make a positive impact in this world.

Kevian

Kevian Conley is a native of Eupora, MS. Upon graduating from Eupora High School, he continued his education at Mississippi State University at Starkville, Mississippi and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.  He furthered his education at Delta State University and received a Master of Business Administration in General Business. By serving as Project Impact’s Accounting Director Kevian is dedicated to ensuring that Project Impact is fiscally responsible and looks forward to expanding Project Impact to the neighboring states.  He believes strongly that you must become the change that you wish to see in the world in order to make a true impact. Whether its discovering podcasts, reading, or watching old episodes of Martin; you can always find him near his phone or laptop.
